Robert Sposit, a 50-year-old Caucasian male from Parma, Ohio, tragically died on November 28, 2015. He was the owner of a Sunoco gas station located at 5385 Pearl Road in Parma. On the day of his death, police received a call around 7:30 p.m. about shots fired inside the gas station. Upon arrival, they found Sposit deceased inside the premises.

The suspect, Logan Sinclair, a 21-year-old male, was arrested by Parma police for the crime. Sinclair was charged with aggravated murder through the City of Parma Prosecutor's Office. During the robbery, Sposit and Sinclair exchanged gunfire, leading to Sposit's death. Sinclair was also treated for gunshot wounds at MetroHealth Medical Center before being taken into custody.
