Melvin Dobson Jr., a 38-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, was shot and killed on April 4, 2020. According to witnesses, Dobson was shot after a fight broke out between him and another male at Arbor Park Apartments on Dillard. The incident occurred in the evening, and Dobson was pronounced dead at the scene.
