Teon Webber, an 18-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2018. He was with acquaintances in the area of East 91st and St. Clair when he was shot and killed. The incident remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made in connection with his death. Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County has offered a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person responsible for this crime.
