In the summer of 2022, a violent altercation in Southwest Albuquerque set in motion a chain of events that would ultimately lead to the death of 35-year-old Jaron Monte. On July 2nd, a dispute between Jaron and a relative escalated tragically, resulting in Jaron being shot. Though he survived the initial incident and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment, the severity of his injuries proved to be overwhelming.
