On the evening of March 17, 2019, a dispute that began over a soiled car ride tragically escalated, ending the life of 27-year-old James Porter, a White male, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The night took a fatal turn after Porter and a friend were picked up by an Uber driver following a St. Patrick's Day celebration.
