On April 13, 2023, 18-year-old Devin Perez was fatally shot outside a Circle K convenience store located at 1100 Old Coors SW in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Officers responded to a shooting call in the area of Old Coors and Bridge, where they discovered Perez deceased with apparent gunshot wounds.
