Randy Lovett, age 40, was one of three victims in a tragic triple homicide that occurred in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on August 31, 2023. The incident took place in the early morning hours, around 4:30 a.m., in an apartment parking lot located at 305 Rhode Island St., S.E., in an area known locally as the 'International War Zone'.
