In Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the evening of March 4, 2024, a burst of gunfire in an alleyway near Central Avenue and Louisiana Boulevard shattered the night, leaving 34-year-old Jacob Rivera, a Caucasian male, with fatal injuries.
