Elijah Daniel Venegas, a 24-year-old resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2024, in a shooting incident near Lynn Middle School. Police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Venegas suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
