Steven Wiggins, a 56-year-old man, was tragically murdered on October 6, 2008, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was found shot multiple times near 5100 Colonial Avenue, just a few blocks away from his home. Wiggins had left Mattie's Landing bar shortly before his death, and police discovered him unresponsive by the roadside with his parked car still running and the driver's door open.
