In the early hours of March 2, 2023, the life of a 24-year-old Black woman, Dyamond Hamilton, was tragically cut short in her Las Vegas apartment. An aspiring rapper known as "90 Splitz," Hamilton had moved from Norfolk, Virginia, to pursue her music career, a journey she had embarked on with hope and ambition.
