In the early hours of a Sunday morning, the life of 24-year-old Victor Liborio, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. On August 4, 2024, a house party in North Las Vegas turned into a scene of violence that would leave a community shaken and a family mourning. The gathering was taking place in the 3600 block of Coran Lane, near the intersection of Allen Lane and Lake Mead Boulevard, when gunfire erupted at approximately 12:41 a.m.
