Tabias Christopher Gene Sparkman, a 24-year-old Black male from Minneapolis, Minnesota, tragically lost his life to gun violence on June 20, 2023. The incident occurred outside of 3025 12th Avenue South in Minneapolis, where Sparkman was shot inside his vehicle.
