On June 12, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in St. Paul, Minnesota, resulting in the death of Saw Da Por, a 21-year-old resident of Roseville. The St. Paul Police Department responded to reports of a shooting and calls for help at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the city's Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
