Murdered

On September 14, 2024, 38-year-old Thomas Rhodes of Wichita, Kansas, died following an altercation at a residence in the 3300 block of South Euclid. According to police reports, Rhodes was involved in a dispute during a gathering at the home and was asked to leave. He later returned, leading to a second confrontation during which he was shot. Officers responding to the scene found Rhodes with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead on-site.
