On the evening of September 22, 2024, in a northeast Wichita apartment complex, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a fatal encounter. Daryl Clark, a 38-year-old man, was shot and killed during the altercation. The incident occurred around 5:40 p.m. at the Inwood Crossing Apartments located near K-96 and Rock Road.
