In the early hours of Mardi Gras, a domestic incident in Livingston, Louisiana, ended in the shooting death of 36-year-old Justin Carrier. The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office reported that the fatal shooting occurred around midnight on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at a residence on Plantation Trace Drive.
