Master Trooper Adam Gaubert, a 47-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on October 9, 2021, while serving the citizens of Louisiana. Gaubert, who had dedicated 19 years to the Louisiana State Police, was ambushed and fatally shot while sitting in his fully marked patrol unit in Ascension Parish.
