On Thursday, March 23, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred in St. Martinville, Louisiana, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Christopher Jones. The incident took place around 5:35 PM at a residence located at the corner of North Martin Luther King Drive and Porter Street.
