Daniel M. Merritt, aged 26, was reported missing on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. Tragically, his body was discovered on Sunday, May 7, in a wooded area off Auction Barn Road near the Minden Rodeo Arena. Minden Police Chief Jared McIver confirmed that the case is being investigated as a homicide.
