In the small city of Minden, Louisiana, the community was shaken by the violent deaths of 82-year-old Joe Cornelius Sr. and his 31-year-old daughter, Keisha Miles. On the morning of Sunday, September 1, 2024, police responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired and discovered their bodies inside a residence on Austin Street.
