On a Thursday evening in Abbeville, Louisiana, tragedy struck when 19-year-old Dylan Michael Walker of New Iberia was fatally wounded. The night of February 8, 2024, began to unravel with a call to the Vermilion Parish Sheriff's Office at approximately 8:44 p.m. reporting a possible shooting on Robie Circle.
