Devin Cole Hines, a 30-year-old resident of Olla, Louisiana, passed away on February 11, 2024. He was found deceased at a location on Madison Lane in Kelly, Louisiana, after authorities received a call that a man needed medical attention. Upon arrival, it was determined that Hines had succumbed to a gunshot wound, prompting a homicide investigation.
