In the late afternoon of a spring day in Shreveport, Louisiana, a young man's life was cut short in a burst of violence. Jalan Tishun Adger, a 23-year-old male, was walking with a female companion in the Cedar Grove neighborhood on May 16, 2024, when they were approached by another man. An argument erupted, reportedly over the woman, escalating quickly and violently.
