On May 29, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in the 6000 block of Coteau Road in New Iberia, Louisiana, resulting in the deaths of 49-year-old Amy Marie Guillory and her 50-year-old husband, Herbert Guillory. Deputies from the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting call and found Amy Guillory with multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
