In a quiet home on Coretta Drive in Avondale, a grim discovery was made on the evening of June 2, 2024. Inside the residence, the bodies of two men from Westwego, Louisiana, were found, both having succumbed to gunshot wounds. One of the victims was identified as 34-year-old Brandon Washington, a male resident of the nearby city. The other man was 49-year-old Marcus Magee.
