On a Sunday morning, police responded to a call reporting two deceased individuals inside a residence on Austin Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered the bodies of 31-year-old Keisha Miles and her father, 82-year-old Joe Cornelius Sr., a former Minden mayor and city council member.
