Born on September 12, 1982, in Marrero, Louisiana, she was a resident of Thibodaux at the time of her death. Alicia graduated from John Ehret High School and attended Dillard University. Her career included positions at Kelly Services, Ochsner Hospital, and a nursing home in Pennsylvania.
