Raegan Elizabeth Day, a 20-year-old woman from Slidell, Louisiana, was tragically murdered on February 15, 2018. Her body, along with that of 28-year-old Dustin Hartline, was discovered in a submerged car at the East Pearl River Boat Launch near the Louisiana-Mississippi state line.
