In the early morning hours of October 22, 2023, the life of 35-year-old Peter Thomas Larkin, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in the Latonia neighborhood of Covington, Kentucky. Responding to a call of a shooting just after 1:00 a.m., Covington police officers arrived at a residence in the 300 block of East 39th Street to a grim scene.
