In the early morning hours of August 6, 2024, the life of 33-year-old Ramone Boyd, a Black male, was tragically cut short in the Algonquin neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. Responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 3:30 a.m., Louisville Metro Police Department officers arrived at an apartment in the 1600 block of South 11th Street.
