On August 29, 2024, at approximately 3:32 a.m., the Kentucky State Police (KSP) responded to a call for assistance from the Leslie County Sheriff's Office regarding a shooting complaint on Cutshin Road in the Wooton community of Leslie County, Kentucky. Upon arrival, law enforcement found 49-year-old Mary M. Andrews, a resident of London, Kentucky, with a gunshot wound at a home in the area.
