On October 30, 2024, at approximately 5 a.m., the Elizabethtown Fire Department responded to a residential fire in the 500 block of Henon Lane. Upon entering the residence, firefighters discovered the bodies of 41-year-old Blake Colby France and 43-year-old Anthony Garrett. Both men had sustained gunshot wounds, and the fire was determined to have been intentionally set.
