Kali Lou Roque, a 38-year-old resident of Salem, Oregon, died on March 30, 2023, in a tragic incident involving gun violence. She was born on April 9, 1985, in Ellensburg, Washington, and was the only daughter of Theresa Hethorn among six siblings.
