Justin "Smurf" Graver, a 42-year-old man from Gresham, Oregon, lost his life to gun violence on October 7, 2023. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Highland Fair Center, located near Southeast Powell Boulevard and 182nd Avenue. On that day, officers were called to the scene where they found Graver dead from multiple gunshot wounds near his car.
