In the crisp autumn air of October 7, 2023, a life was tragically cut short in Gresham, Oregon. Justin "Smurf" Graver, a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male, found himself in a fatal altercation in the parking lot of the Highland Fair Center near Southeast Powell Boulevard and 182nd Avenue.
