On December 3, 2023, Christian Jonathan Torres, a 26-year-old resident of White City, Oregon, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident at the Charles Point apartment complex in Medford, Oregon. Torres was one of the two victims in this incident, the other being Dontrell Xavier Manninen, a 33-year-old from Medford.
