On November 9, 2024, Tony Rowell Miller, a 54-year-old resident of Dallas, Oregon, was fatally shot outside his home. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Southeast Monmouth Cutoff Road, a rural area in Dallas.

The suspect in the murder is Alonzo E. Rowell, 51, who is the brother of the victim. Following the shooting, Rowell drove approximately 18 miles to the Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem, where he had previously worked as a corrections officer. He resigned from this positio ...Read More
