On April 2, 2024, Sheron Y. Trowers, a 56-year-old resident of Brockton, Massachusetts, was fatally shot in the driveway of her home. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. when Trowers returned home from a trip to Jamaica. According to Plymouth District Attorney Timothy Cruz, Trowers was ambushed and shot multiple times in the driveway. Despite being rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
