Monique J. Menard, a 62-year-old Caucasian woman, died on October 31, 2024, in Windsor, Massachusetts. Her death was not from natural causes but an act of violence that led to the arrest of her own brother. On that Thursday afternoon, Paul Menard, then 64, walked into the State Police Barracks in Cheshire and confessed to shooting and killing his sister.
