On October 31, 2024, Monique Menard, a 62-year-old resident of Hinsdale, Massachusetts, was fatally shot by her brother, Paul Menard, at his residence in Windsor, Massachusetts. Paul Menard, 65, walked into the Massachusetts State Police station in Cheshire at approximately 1:45 p.m. and reported that he had shot and killed his sister at his home on Crane Road in Windsor.
