On May 14, 2023, 74-year-old white female Nancy Jane Rosa was found deceased from gunshot wounds at her residence on the 3000 block of South County Road 550 West in Putnam County, Indiana. Deputies from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and discovered her body in the living room, lying in a pool of blood.
