Carl Shelton, a 50-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, died on November 24, 2023, due to injuries sustained from a shooting. The incident occurred at a gas station located in the 3600 block of McKinley Avenue. Shelton was shot during an altercation that involved multiple vehicles, with the vehicles subsequently fleeing the scene in opposite directions.
