On a tragic afternoon in Madison, Indiana, the life of 12-year-old Adelia Faye Briner was cut short in a devastating sequence of events. On December 12, 2023, emergency services were called to a house fire on East Telegraph Hill Road. Inside the burning home, first responders discovered the bodies of Adelia, her eight-year-old brother Leland, her six-year-old sister Iyla, and their 35-year-old mother, Naomi Briner.
