On October 29, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred on the east side of Indianapolis, resulting in the death of 28-year-old Joshua Nehemiah Jones. The incident took place around 2:30 p.m. at a plasma donation facility located in the 3600 block of North Post Road, near East 36th Street.

Upon arrival, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers found Jones suffering from gunshot injuries. Despite immediate medical attention, Jones was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. ...Read More
