Davion Jyrese Parker, an 18-year-old from Peoria, Illinois, died on February 16, 2023, due to injuries sustained from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred on February 11, 2023, when Parker was shot in the head. Peoria police responded to a report of shots fired in the 3400 block of W. Oakcrest and found Parker in a vehicle left in the middle of the road with the fatal injury.
