Thomas Antoine, a 30-year-old resident of Peoria, Illinois, was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the West Bluff area of Peoria. The incident took place early in the morning of May 4, 2024. Peoria police officers responded to a report of a person shot in the area of North Gale and Underhill around 1:25 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Antoine unresponsive and not breathing inside a vehicle that had also been struck by gunfire.
