Thomas Binford, a 42-year-old resident of North Chicago, Illinois, died on May 20, 2023, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Cypress Avenue in North Chicago, where Binford and an 18-year-old man were shot outside an apartment building around 7:35 p.m. on the evening of the shooting.
