On June 11, 2023, 20-year-old Zamyr McGee-Bohannon was fatally shot in front of his grandparents' home in Calumet City, Illinois. The incident occurred around 7:00 pm when Zamyr had just exited a car in the driveway and was approaching the door of his grandparents' house on Price Street.
