Jevante Johnson, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 25, 2014, in Calumet City, Illinois. The incident occurred during a botched drug deal in the 300 block of 157th Street. Johnson, who was also known by his rapper name "Vonno," was part of a stick-up crew involved in setting up a drug deal.
