Jeremiah Fletcher, a 19-year-old resident of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on June 25, 2023. His death was publicly announced by Leak & Sons Funeral Homes - Cottage Grove in Chicago. An online memorial has been established on Find a Grave, where friends and family have shared their condolences and memories.
