Death by Force

On July 17, 2023, Joshua Ayala, a 17-year-old boy, was fatally shot in the South Shore area of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred when two 17-year-old boys, including Joshua, were outside in the 8100 block of South Shore Drive. Two gunmen approached them on foot and opened fire, striking both of the teenagers.
